SA Delivery Options

First of all...Thank you for your order!! Every single order is so greatly appreciated and each customer is valued - we strive to treat every order with care and provide every customer with personal support and attention.

Orders will be eco-packed, processed and dispatched within 3 working days of the order being received. Dispatch times are dependent on the ordered products. We organise the delivery and hand over the parcel to one of the below private courier services. As we are using external services for deliveries we try our best keep on top of them, but we don't always have control on the actual delivery service route. so w try our best to solve any delivery issues and work together to ensure timely arrivals.

Delivery Methods:

1) SA Door to Door Courier

A flat rate of R65 is charged for any size order to anywhere is South Africa using the following couriers: The Courier Guy, Dawn Wing, Internet Express and Courier It.

Once your order has been submitted to the Courier - a Shipping email/SMS will come through with your tracking number and tracking link. This trackable 'Door To Door Courier Service', delivers straight to your address, which takes 2-4 working days depending on your area.

2) PUDO is an efficient Courier Locker Service allows you to receive your parcel at a time and place that is suitable to you using a pick up and drop off locker system. No more worrying about having to be at home all day to receive your courier delivery. PUDO lockers are scattered all over SA and are a paperless and coinvent delivery service.

Choosing PUDO as a shipping method on our Msulwa Life store for your parcel costs a flat rate of only R55 for any size order to anywhere in South Africa. We use your address to choose your closest PUDO locker for us to send your Msulwa Life order to. When it arrives at the locker you will receive a Pin which will allow you to open the locker with your parcel. If you have a PUDO locker preference, you can leave a note at checkout or send an email.

3) Local Collection or Delivery

Our office location is in KwaZulu Natal at 20 Village Road, Kloof, 3610 and therefore anyone in the local area of KZN can come collect their order directly from us. At checkout this collection option will pop up for those using the postal code 3610 (Upper Highway area - Hillcrest, Waterfall, Forest Hills, Kloof, Pinetown, New Germany..)

Eco Parcel Packaging

Msulwa Life is all about being eco-conscious, and we try to package our orders 99% plastic free, with minimal waste, recyclable materials and reused packaging. We avoid using brand new packaging materials to wrap our orders for delivery and try to reuse as much paper materials and cardboard boxes as possible - so it should come as no surprise that your parcel is wrapped in newspaper, reused boxes and reused paper to keep everyone's carbon footprint as low as possible. We try to REduce, REuse, REcycle and we encourage you to continue with the cycle.
